NEWS DESK- Democratic Culture Movement (TEV- ÇAND) Council in Paris held its 7th conference in the center of Kurdish Democratic Society in Paris under the slogan “Free Leadership, Kurdistan Is Free, Freedom for Culture and Art.”
100 envoys and representatives of institutions attended the conference. The envoys pointed out that the leader Abdullah Ocelan considered culture and art as an ideological work, and they assured that art and politics go hand in hand during the current stage.
The members of TEV- ÇAND Council condemned the isolation imposed on the leader Ocelan in addition to asserting the continuation of the demonstrations that demand the leader’s freedom.
The massages of all Kurdish Democratic Society’s co-chairs in France and the center of Kurdish Democratic Society in the capital Paris were read. Then, the attendees valuated the activities of the council that have been held during a year.
The conference was concluded by electing 10 members as administratives in TEV- ÇAND Council.
